Groupe Savoy

Our History and Values

At the roots of a modern industrial group

The Savoy Group was founded in 1982 with the creation of Savoy Moulage by Mr. Émile Allamand. Over the years, the Group has expanded into several areas of expertise: mechanics, plastics, mechatronics, technology, mobility, and healthcare.

In 2000, AMD Décolletage joined the Group, strengthening the mechanical division.

The Group continues to grow, notably with the integration in 2024 of DECOPREM (Alpes Usinage), further reinforcing its aerospace and defense presence.

Human and Responsible Values

The Groupe Savoy places people at the core of its performance: employee well-being is its most valuable asset.
Its core values are: common sense, loyalty, innovation, efficiency, and environmental commitment.

Thanks to its Lean 4.0 approach, the Group promotes industrial performance while controlling environmental impact.

A Diversified Industrial Expertise

The Groupe Savoy offers an extensive technological portfolio, making it a fully integrated industrial platform:

  • The Mechanical Division, with AMD Décolletage and DECOPREM (Alpes Usinage), specializing in precision machining (turning, milling, gear cutting, small to large production runs).

  • The Plastics Division, through Savoy Moulage, with sites in France, Morocco, and Tunisia, producing technical injection-molded parts.

  • The Mechatronics Division, including high-speed assembly, electronic boards, and metal & plastic 3D printing.

  • The Mobility Division, with the KILOW brand developing innovative solutions (electric scooters, gravel bikes, and the lightweight “Bagnole” EV) designed and manufactured in Savoy facilities.

  • The Healthcare Division, including 100% French production of surgical masks during the COVID crisis and ongoing projects in medical innovation.

An Innovative and High-Performance Industrial Approach

  • Lean Savoy International 4.0 drives the Group’s performance through process optimization, zero-defect culture, traceability, and continuous improvement.
  • The Group’s centralized R&D enables co-design of products and processes, integrating innovation such as additive manufacturing, systems design, and laboratory qualification.
  • The Group also offers a one-stop-shop solution: thanks to cross-division synergies, Savoy can deliver complete solutions—from plastic parts to mechatronic assemblies—bringing significant time and cost efficiencies.

Committed to the Environment and Sustainable Mobility

The Savoy Group is strongly committed to environmental protection. Every production site is equipped with filtration systems. The Group develops electric vehicles and promotes sustainable mobility among its teams.

With KILOW, the Group invests in reimagined electric mobility: scooters, bicycles, and even La Bagnole, a lightweight electric vehicle built with recyclable batteries.

This ambition reflects the Group’s long-term vision: a responsible industrial leader combining advanced technology and sustainable development.
